My biggest struggle when I became vegan 8 years ago was to find delicious soul food recipes that are vegan, healthy and tasty at the same time! I went back to my Haitian/African roots to find a solution. In my recipe book, I share few recipes to get you started if you are looking for mouth-watering recipes. Vegan with a Caribbean touch.
